Liquid Asset

Wednesday, March 20, 2019

11:30 am – 1:00 pm

In Louisville, water is the liquid asset that makes city work.  Kelley will share Louisville Water’s history of innovation and highlight today’s operations that deliver 120 million gallons of water daily to a million people.

There’s a science to making water and there’s an interesting story to tell too.  After this visit, you’ll have a new appreciation for what comes out of the faucet!

Following the meeting, members may tour the 100 year old Zorn Pump Station Building, which is currently undergoing a $7M restoration.
