Kilowatt Crackdown Awards are due Feb 25th!

The Louisville Energy Alliance is pleased to formally open the registrations for the 2018 Kilowatt Crackdown Awards as well as the Kilowatt Cup prestigious Award. Last year, nine Louisville buildings received awards from the LEA to recognize their energy savings achievements. We look forward to offering the same opportunity again. Register by February 25, 2019!  More information is available below.

Each application only takes five minutes to complete. We look forward to your participation.

Remember, energy savings is not just good for the planet and the community, it is good for business!

Apply for the Kilowatt Cup

Did your non-residential building...

  • Receive significant energy savings improvements in 2018?
  • Achieve energy savings in 2018 (or is on its way to do so in 2019)?
  • Reach an energy efficiency milestone?

If any of these achievements ring a bell, apply for the Kilowatt Cup, which will be presented to the owner and/or manager of a commercial, institutional, industrial, nonprofit or worship facility that demonstrated superior achievement in energy efficiency in 2018. Applications are due by February 25, 2019. Apply today!

Registration for the Kilowatt Crackdown ends February 25, 2019. The application only takes five minutes to complete. Thereafter, we’ll need you to update your electricity and natural gas consumption using Portfolio Manager, an easy-to-use website, by February 25th. We can assist with this piece if needed!

Louisville’s Kilowatt Crackdown recognizes non-residential building owners and operators that use less energy than their peers. This year’s competition will recognize the best performers and the most improved facilities.  Awards will be granted by building type.
