Crisis Management versus Roof Management

The program will include information on the following:

  • The need for establishing an organized preventative roof maintenance program, and different types of programs
  • Information about the different types of roof assemblies 
  • How to deal with emergency roof Leaks (Crisis Management)
  • How to plan pro-actively for roof maintenance (Roof Management Program).

 

Participants will be educated with “tools” to deal with roof issues and overview on the Five-Part Format for the Roof Observations Report.
